It is simply much better for you to use olive oil and other similar vegetable oils. This is especially true if you are careful about which kinds of oils and which brands you go for - something like Blue Zone foods will also be a good bet as the oil is bound to be particularly delicious and also of a very high quality. This is a swap that still keeps food delicious too, so it’s an easy one to make in that way.
Milk For Yoghurt
There are many occasions when you can swap out milk in favor of yogurt, and doing so can be surprisingly good for your general health. One of the main benefits of yogurt is that it gives your gut some good bacteria for it to feast on, and that can help to generally balance things out a little. This is something that a lot of people don’t realize the power and importance of until they are actually trying it out themselves, at which point it becomes clear just how amazing it can be.
Of course, you can’t always use yogurt instead of milk, but there are many times when you can. And sometimes it is certainly preferable for taste too, such as when you are pouring it over your morning breakfast.
Cow’s Milk For Oat
Speaking of milk, there is another substitute you can make here which is really worthwhile trying out, and that is to use oat milk instead of cow’s milk. If you want to do this, you might soon find yourself very attached to oat milk, as it is actually very creamy and delicious, and great in coffee. It’s amazing how much better it can taste, in fact. There is also almond milk, hemp milk and many other options besides. All in all, it’s an easy and delicious swap to make.
