The creator of the Weight Loss Evolved program is Paul Kingsley, the guy who you’ve probably never heard of, but don’t let that fool you into thinking they don’t know what they’re talking about.
They claim to have seen so many fad diets come and go that they want to help others avoid them and achieve real, long-lasting weight loss with their program. But do they? Read on to discover this, as I'm writing this article based on my personal experience.
Why the focus on Weight Loss?
There are hundreds of weight loss products on the market today, each with its specific approach to getting thin. Most of these programs focus on calorie counting and eating less.
While there is a time and place for counting calories, many people find it too restrictive, which prevents them from lasting changes in lifestyle.
Another issue is that most nutrition plans don’t account for our need to feel full or satisfied when eating less food. It isn’t just about losing pounds; it’s about maintaining a healthy relationship with food that lasts through time.
That’s why Weight Loss Evolved focuses on developing a new mindset around your daily meals - one that allows you to get comfortable with eating enough without gaining weight!
Why did I choose this program?
This is a great question because before I tried any sort of weight loss program, I did a ton of research.
I wanted to make sure that if I was going to put my body through such a strenuous program, it would be one that would work for me.
The biggest thing is finding a program that allows you to eat foods you enjoy so you don’t feel like you are missing out on anything (I am sure all of us can agree we have all been there).
As far as Weight Loss Evolved goes, it did not only give me results but also opened my eyes up to how much better food is when we eat real food instead of processed and refined junk.

Week 1 & 2 – First impressions of this program
First, I have to say that it’s a little weird to be reviewing an instructional video program where I get out of bed at 5 am and watch an expert tell me how to lose weight. That’s what I did though on weeks 1 & 2.
These days were spent getting familiar with Jason Fladlien, his energy, and his story. If you’re curious about how someone loses 140 pounds in 6 months by simply eating less than 1000 calories a day then check outJason’s transformation video.
Also, if you want to get even more details about his journey then visit his site here. Alright, enough backstory...back to my experience!
Week 3 & 4 – Further into this program
From what I can tell so far, Weight Loss Evolved’s eating program is not a low-carb one. Instead, it incorporates cutting out white carbs – those refined and starchy carbohydrates that are very quickly converted into glucose in your blood and subsequently stored as fat.
White carbs include foods like bread, pasta, cereal, baked goods and starchy vegetables like potatoes. As I said in my last post if you’re looking to lose weight quickly and safely, then keeping your carb intake under 100 grams per day is important.
The more complex (whole) your carb source – such as whole-wheat bread – is healthier than its white counterpart which has had much of its fibre stripped away by processing procedures.
Week 5 & 6 – Results from this program so far
I have to admit I was a little bit sceptical at first, but I’m blown away by how quickly and easily it’s working. The initial dieting phase is tough, but once you get over that hump things move very quickly.
It’s been pretty fun to see myself getting smaller in just a few days! I can already tell that my pants are fitting better and moving easier, and some of my clothes don’t fit right at all anymore...I just feel lighter than ever before!
If anyone is struggling with their weight or thinking about starting a new program this year, I would recommend giving Weight Loss Evolved a try.
